MORE CRITTERS...

One of the things that we'd loved about living in Panama is coming across interesting creatures in our daily lives.  Each sighting brings lots of excitement and interest and adds an element of adventure to our experience here.

Greg is holding a scarab beetle, which he recently found on our front porch.

This beetle is so fascinating with its top horn coming out of its thorax and the bottom horn coming out from its head.

I took the kids out to breakfast one morning, and while sitting in the restaurant's outdoor patio, Matt spotted this bright green anole.

We watched this anole for almost an hour.
